The LyDian platform, its design, source code, algorithms, and brand elements are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright laws.

محتوى المستخدم

Intellectual property rights of content you upload or enter into the Platform belong to you. However, you grant us a limited license necessary for you to use the Platform.

We recommend caution when using AI-generated content. Ticari legal consultation before use is recommended.

For detailed information about the collection, use, and protection of your personal data, our Privacy Policy should be reviewed.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Basic AI assistant services are provided free with limited usage. Usage limits reset monthly.

Paid subscription plans are available to access premium features. Payments can be made monthly or annually. Cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance.

You can request a refund within 14 days from the start of service. The remaining amount is refunded after deducting the amount of service used.

We do not guarantee the Platform will operate without interruption. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. It is recommended that you verify information before making important decisions.

• We are not liable for direct, indirect, or special damages
• We are not liable for data loss, business loss, or profit loss
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid

In case of violation of the terms of use, we may suspend or terminate your account. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination.

You can close your account at any time. It is recommended that you back up your data before closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide 30 days advance notice for significant changes. By continuing to use the Platform when the updated terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.
